Blair began with my own skin. I had acne, and I turned to makeup to cover the same skin I was trying so hard to improve.

Now I watch my younger sister, eleven, discover beauty for herself, and I keep thinking about what I wish had existed at her age: a brand young girls are genuinely excited about, that's still thoughtful about the skin underneath. Products that feel exciting from the very beginning, without introducing young skin to treatments and age-targeted ingredients it may not need, and that stay just as relevant as you grow.

Her middle name is Blair. Naming the brand after her felt right: she is where the idea began, and what I hope it becomes.
